Fine hotel, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. We booked the double room that was absolutely perfect. Location: the venue was just next door to many restaurants, and Paseo de Montejo. Really enjoyed on-site restaurant Holly.

Staff greeted me like I was family. They even took the time to help me with my Spanish, which I really appreciated. Plus, the room was super clean and kept cool, made for a good night's sleep after long days.

Quaint and Cozy Stay!
I really liked how cute the staff was. The little courtyard was such a nice spot to chill out. My room had a fridge, super convenient. The vibe is super laid-back, but sometimes the shower could've used a bit more pressure. It was a solid stay 🏨
